Terminal 3, Singapore Changi International Airport, Singapore
Introduction
This is my review of the Marhaba Lounge at Singapore’s Changi Airport.
It’s note worthy that in Singapore Security is done at the gate – rather than before you get the lounges and duty free. For this reason, be sure that you don’t overdo it in the lounge, as you’ll need to pass through security before you board!
There are in fact two Marhaba Lounges – one in Terminal 1 and the other in Terminal 3. I didn’t get time to visit the Marhaba in Terminal 1, but I think it’s probably similar to this one!
The flight I was taking was from Singapore to Colombo with Srilankan Airlines. As a OneWorld alliance member, I had access to all OneWorld Lounges, which are in Terminal 1 – but I visited this lounge when I came back to Terminal 3, and then found that the flight was delayed.

Opening Hours
I believe this lounge is open daily from 10:00 to 23:59.
Entry Conditions
In my case, I was flying with Srilankan Airlines in Business Class, which got me in – but this lounge is not associated with OneWorld.
Other methods of access include Priority Pass, Dragon Pass and Loungekey – and I suspect you can probably pay for entry too!
How to Get There
As I said above, it is note worthy that in Singapore Security is done at the gate – rather than before you get the lounges and duty free.
Having gone through Passport Control (not Security!) – take a walk to the right, heading towards B-Gates. Where you see Louis Vuitton, take the escalators, and you’ll find the lounge in front of you.
Otherwise, the lounge is fairly well signposted.
Layout
The lounge has a variety of causal seating. It was pretty busy when I arrived.
There is a fairly large dining are with lots of tables.
There is also a high-table for working – and a booth style desk. I decided to pick the booth style desk!
I didn’t find any kind of business centre – nor anywhere to sleep.
Food and Drink
Drinks
All drinks were self-service, and there was a modest amount of beers, wines and soft drinks available – but in my view by nowhere near the amount required for a lounge of this size!
Food
The hot food options seemed pretty decent, with a range of curries, rice, noodles, etc.
Alternatively there were a variety of salads and picky bits.
Wifi
I found the Wifi here to be pretty good, with no speed issues at all.
Showers
Showers are available by asking at reception, they give you a towel and off you go. I didn’t actually use the shower, but I suspect it would have been pretty good!
Conclusion
For a Priority Pass lounge, this was pretty good! The layout was good, it was modern, the food was good, it has showers and doesn’t charge for the use!
The only thing letting this lounge down really is the lack of drinks – both in variety of volume.
If I had a quick connection to do in Terminal 3, I’d be happy to come here – otherwise, Terminal 1 is very good indeed!
